Fast Digital Product is operated by Madiba Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States ("Madiba Labs", "we"). This page says what we keep about you, why, and who else handles it. Write to hello@fastdigitalproduct.com with any question or request.

What we keep

• Your account: name, email address, and your Google profile name and picture if you sign in with Google.
• Your work: the ideas you type, what you upload, and the research, offers, product content, images and pages made for you.
• Payments: what you bought and when. Card details go to the payment processor and never reach us.
• Errors and usage: technical logs when something breaks, so we can fix it.

Visitors to hosted pages

On a sales page hosted here, we count visits and checkout clicks for its creator, and keep a small identifier so a visitor keeps seeing the same page when a link shares visitors between two pages. A creator may add their own Meta Pixel; that data goes to Meta under the creator’s account.

Why we use it

To run the service you asked for, email you when work is ready, take payment, and fix problems. We do not sell your data and do not show ads.

Who else handles it

These providers process data for us, only for the purposes above:

• Railway and Cloudflare host the app, files and published pages.
• Google, when you sign in with Google.
• Whop and Bachs process payments. Whop takes payment for plans and for most Credit packs; Bachs takes payment for Credit packs bought in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Rwanda, Zambia, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal, or when you choose it at checkout, and for sales by sellers in those countries. Each receives the payment details you enter on its checkout and what we send it to match the payment to your account.
• When you sell a product, Whop or Bachs takes payments from your buyers, and receives the details needed to verify you and pay you out.
• Resend sends our emails.
• tawk.to runs our live chat: what you write in it, and your email when you are signed in.
• Sentry records errors.
• Anthropic, OpenRouter, Exa and Social Fetch receive the idea and text a task needs, to search the web and write and create the work you ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your work while your account is open. A deleted product is removed for good 30 days after you delete it. When you close your account, we delete your work and keep only the payment records the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to us. We answer within 30 days.
