Fast Digital Product is operated by Madiba Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States ("Madiba Labs", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions go to hello@fastdigitalproduct.com.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give a working email address. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

Credits and payment

Research, the offer, a whole sales page and the product content are paid for with Credits, and each shows its cost before it starts. Edits are free. Prices are in US dollars; the checkout shows the amount in your currency.

Credits from packs never expire. Credits that come with a plan roll over for one month. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

If a run produces nothing usable, its Credits are returned. Work you cancel after it has started keeps its cost.

Credit Pack purchases are non-refundable, except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, payment network requirements, chargebacks, and where the law requires a refund.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan and its credits last to the end of the paid period. Plan payments are non-refundable, except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, payment network requirements, chargebacks, and where the law requires a refund.

What you make

The research, offers, product content, images and sales pages you make are yours. You may sell, change or give them away, and we take no share of your sales. You allow us to store, process and show them only as needed to run the service for you, including hosting the pages you publish.

What you publish

You are responsible for the products and pages you sell and for the claims they make. They must be legal where you sell them, must not copy others’ work without permission, and must not mislead buyers about what they get. Your checkout provider’s rules also apply to your sales.

Anyone can report a hosted page. We may take down a page, or close an account, that breaks these rules or the law.

Deleting your work

A deleted product stays in Recently deleted for 30 days so you can restore it, then it is removed for good. To close your account, write to us.

The service

We work to keep Fast Digital Product running and correct, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise any product will sell. We may change or stop features; if we close the service, we will tell you in advance so you can download your work.

As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you before the change applies.
